We attend continuing education courses regularly, exceeding by far the continuing education hours necessary to maintain highest standard of excellence. Our staff is highly skilled, educated, licensed and registered in Ontario. Our standards in asepsis and infection control are of the highest priority, ensuring our patients safety and well being.

After completion of an initial exam and treatment, you will begin a maintenance program involving periodic examination and hygiene care (“cleanings”). Our patients who attend regularly have benefited by requiring fewer major treatment. Except for emergency cases you may expect us to be on time, and we will expect and appreciate the same courtesy.

Occasionally, emergencies do interrupt our regular schedule, so we ask for your understanding if such a situation arises. It it is necessary for you to reschedule an appointment, we require 48 business hours notice so that the time reserved for you may be given to someone else.
